AptGrove was founded by a software engineer with over twenty years in the trade — a path that runs from research labs, through API standards and documentation work, to most recently serving as Product Owner for a Secure Delivery Pipeline at Dell. Along the way that's included speaking at conferences, which mostly proved that the best talks are the honest ones.
That background means we've seen technology succeed and fail at every scale. The pattern is always the same: the tools that last are the ones that fit the people using them. We're skeptical of hype — including the AI kind — and stubborn about practical, durable results.
Plenty of companies already have good tech people — they just don't have enough of them, or the time to step back and ask where AI and automation could really help. That's where AptGrove fits: an experienced outside partner who builds the custom app your team can't get to, or gives an honest second opinion on your automation plans, then hands it all back to the people who'll own it.
